As society moves toward DX, are companies securing the right digital talent for their businesses? "Reskilling" is attracting attention for its benefits to both workers and organizations, including autonomous career development, skill gaps, and the elimination of manpower shortages. This session will consider how to build a new organization in the age of VUCA, based on the innovative recruitment method of "learning while working.

Those who like drinking alcohol, those who cannot drink it, those who want to drink it, and those who can drink alcohol but dare not. Drinking alcohol at the parties of the past taken into consideration all kinds of people? Why do we get together and share a drink in the first place? With a focus on the alcohol culture of today's youth and the changing values of each generation, we will consider how to have comfortable alcohol at the parties and communication that does not overwhelm or overstep anyone.

Through the workshop, participants will visualize their own unconscious biases and explore clues to make DE&I the common language of the organization.
